Worst ordering experience and customer support. I don’t even know where to start. First order I sent to the wrong address (my home, not vacation home). So no problem I’ll just return it on arrival because they don’t have the option to cancel or any sort of live or timely customer support. Fine. Then I go to order the correct watch to arrive while I’m on vacation as it was a gift for my sister who lives in Brazil and was meeting me there. It would have arrived in time and I paid for express shipping. They ended up canceling my order 3 days later with no notification! So I never received my watch and they accused me of fraud. Now I’m trying to return the first watch and they are extremely unresponsive (and despite being a US based Shopify store, they only respond after 11pm eastern, if at all). I already read the terrible return process they have so I’m not looking forward to that. If they make it difficult I’ll have to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company, something I’m sure this company is familiar with given their poor customer support. They also depend on the worst AI for chat support, one that can’t even find my order despite me providing the correct email and order number, even address.Update 7/27: So turns out if you return something (even if you’re just buying something to replace it) you pay shipping back and they deduct original shipping on your return lol. New to me. Additionally, they only respond between 11pm and 4am eastern time so it doesn’t seem US based and it’s always “Sophie” who has been extremely unhelpful. So the generic reply they left here saying to reach out to support is just useless as you’ll get a response a couple days later with no actual assistance. I had to email them today to show them I returned the watch they received on 7/24 because she didn’t reply to the email I sent with the tracking number… I also had to show how they haven’t replied to an email from 7/25 that they made me send to unlock my account for “fraudulent activity” which idek what that’s about. So I am yet to be able to FINALLY order this gift my sister wanted (which now she won’t get for months thanks to this company), I just want to order this overpriced watch so I could never do business with them again, and I can’t even do that.
