The product was good. I got as a gift for my sister and she seems happy with it. I seen her wearing it to events and casual places as well. But the reason it is 4 stars is because I needed to pay costum charges and tax charges that was not clearing informed when purchasing the product online. I live in Canada and the product came from the United States but you guys claim it is a Swedish product. Which raises eyebrows. Also, I was charged customs on the worth of the products which means they will take a procentage depending on your country or province on total price of the watch excluding discounts! I bought the watch with a large discount which made me thick it was worth the watch. I mean it looks good it's nice and she is happy with it but I could got her something more meaning full for the amount of money with taxes and costumes in total that I paid for. Also, a big piece of advice your packaging for a $417 worth of watch you can include a nicer packing making it a more luxurious. It came in a black little carton box which made it look very cheap almost embarrassing gifting such a product. All in all, good product but I wouldn't shop here for someone else.
