absolutely no assistance when a returned item was not delivered to you. Even after explaining I was in Australia & had tried to contact the postal service in the UK by phone, email & text message regarding the item, all I received a basic can't help. I was able to tract it to Coalville distribution centre & was able to give contact details to you but still no assistance.Service is extremely poor & regardless of whether you product is good or not I would never order from you again & absolutely never recommend you.
