When I attempted to withdraw, I was told my account needed to be verified, even though I had already gone through the process to validate my debit card.While waiting for approval the next day, I continued playing and ended up winning $2,400, bringing my total balance to $3,100. Once I was finally approved to withdraw, I requested $2,500 and continued playing with the remaining balance.Today, I received an email claiming that I placed bets over $10 on three slot games. They also stated that two of those bets were well above what their system would even allow. I provided screenshots showing that this was not possible, along with my transaction history, which shows that the times they referenced are incorrect.They told me it would take 3–4 days for a response, but based on this situation, I am concerned I may not receive any of my winnings. This feels like fraudulent and deceptive behavior.
