I am shocked by the outcome of all my efforts trying to get support for the issues I got on my skin after one of my laser hair removal sessions. Although I have spoken with Briony many times, and sent email plus message on the website, I never got any response from her manager. Today I went in person again and they were there, but still did not emphasise with the long time waiting neither took responsibility for it. I have now a scar on my upper lip and they said I should wait another 6 months to heal!!!! That is awful and I will go further with this, wherever I can. Disgusting and disrespectful!
