I had encountered from the beginning of receiving my LaserPecker LP3 startup problems. I was able to get in touch with a manager at support@serviceslaserpecker Tracy. He guided me through email exchanges to perform manipulations on the laser settings, but it did not work. As the breakdown was too important he asked me to send the laser to Germany, their logistic support. Not knowing the company, I hesitated but thanks to the many contacts with Tracy I trusted and I sent my LaserPecker. I want to thank the whole laser support team and especially Tracy because after studying the failure they changed my laser, I received it and it works perfectly. Thanks againRegards Jean Paul Marion
