The dress quality was very subpar, and the stitching was unprofessional. It seemed like a pre-made large dress that was carelessly altered to fit the order. There was a lack of detail and care in the design. The proportions were incorrect; the waist and sleeves were too large, while under the arm, it was uncomfortably tight. No one has proportions like this. I had ordered from this service three years ago and encountered the same poor quality and sewing issues. I wanted to give them another chance, but now I can confidently say I will not be ordering from them again due to their unprofessionalism and poor craftsmanship. Avoid this service; spending 365 dollars on a poorly fitting, cheap-looking dress was a mistake.
