I placed an order through a platform that has a WhatsApp channel for support. I received confirmation of my order and later an email stating that it was on its way. However, the tracking number provided is nonexistent! There has been no information or updates… I reached out to customer service via email multiple times but received no response! This feels like a scam, especially since I paid a significant amount for my sneakers! This site needs to be shut down! Please refund my money!
