Everything seemed fine at first, but at the final stage of my ticket reservation I was unexpectedly charged for a “flex ticket” option that I did not intentionally select.
Later, the flex option was canceled for me, but I want to warn other customers to be very careful. Just before the final payment, a pop-up message may appear in a random language (in my case, Czech), which the customer might not understand. Logically, a buyer may think this is simply the final confirmation to proceed with payment, without realizing that it is actually asking whether to add the flex option for an additional charge.
This feels like a very tricky marketing tactic. Be cautious and make sure to translate any messages that appear during the booking process into your own language before confirming payment.
