When I booked my holiday there was a typo in the email, which has connected all of the booking confirmation details to a non-existent email address which means I can’t access any of it. The online chat bot for assistance only works if you have an email address and to phone up I had to stay on the phone throughout all the automated options to finally talk to a person who directed me to an email address to email proof of payment to - they said that following proof of payment they will amend the email address for me.
I did as I was instructed and 5 days later still no reply or any help. My holiday is now 4 days away and I can’t access any of my booking information. I can’t look forward to my holiday at all as I don’t even know if it will be fixed. Terrible service.
