Booked and paid for break to Dublin. 5 days before travelling they emailed to say they could not complete booking and money would be refunded no reason given. We had to book direct with airline and Expedia. We had to pay for this whilst still not having our money refunded for lastminute.com. We came back our trip and still no refund. Trying to get an email to ask where our money was was a problem finally found something on Martin Lewis web site and by looking up CEO bur still nothing....I then emailed ABTOT who emailed back straight away to say they had contacted last minute. Com. And they should be in touch with in 7 days. As yet still nothing and still no money. I then went to my bank who have refunded the money and will claim back from last minute. This has been a 3 week process with still no money. We were fortunate to be able to re book something else for the dates we needed and having the money to do so. If we had been relying on getting the money back to be able to re book we would have missed our holiday altogether. Will never use this company and advise others never to use. Book direct with the airline or hotels or with Expedia.
