My order has not arrived and I have emailed this company again and again. Also messaged via instagram and even emailed their MD to try and get a response. Still nothing. Next steps is trading standards for not supplying goods but taking my money Would be extremely useful if LIB responded to this review and at least I would know there actually is someone thereGoods ordered 27th January.apparently dispatched 28th although yodel are saying they’re still with the sender. Today’s the 14th February and I’ve been messaging since the 7th February with no response. Customer services seems to be someone called Katie. Do not enough people work here? Is that the problem??
