Bought a recent collection. Collection arrived and the oil had come undone and spilt all over the contents, mainly soaked through all the individual packaging and it was so unbelievably strong that even after wiping the items they still smelt of it. The oil was almost empty 1/8 left. Contacted customer services sent photos of the contents dripping in oil. They said they’d send me a new one out. However they said they’d send me a new oil out not a new contents and that to get a complete replacement I’d have to send the whole box back by which time after too and Fro with customer services I’d got rid of a few items (covered in oil) and gifted one, so they said they’d only accept the complete box (which was soaked in oil) I’ve had many things from this company in the past and always had a good service however this was well below par. And I’m still waiting on the replacement oil.
