To be honest ordering a door on line seamed a daunting task, because I did not want to get it wrong, so I called direct and spoke to Jordan, the sales team leader. He talked me through the ordering process with all the extra`s etc. I was informed of the delivery date and a time slot between 07:00 - 02:00pm. Lee the Lathams delivery driver messaged me at just turned 07:15am giving me a delivery time of approximatley 08:00am. The door was delivered on time and Lee was very helpful with with me request on where to leave the security door and we had a good discussion about the door. The door has now been fitted and I am well impressed with the build quality and the added security to my garage. If I ever need another security door I will be going back to Lathams.
