Failed to make the delivery, no response from their WhatsApp Customer Service, no response from their web-based messaging, no connection to their 888 customer service number.
I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Valentines Day a week in advance. She live in Peru and I in America. She did not receive her flowers at all on the most important day for flowers.
They deliver on the same date but honestly the flowers were dead ,at this point I shouldn't have sent anything to her , I wish I could post pictures , #25731 first time buying and it’s disappointing
Ordered a bouquet which looked nice on the website.
What arrived was a bouquet that was much smaller in size than expected. There was no indication in the description that it was a small bouquet and no picture of it next to something for scale.
Flowers were not fresh and already dying on arrival.
Only redeeming point was it was delivered on the correct day.
Complaint fell on deaf ears.
Waste of money.
Back to Interflora for me. Avoid.
Didnt receive them on the same day, as it was advertised when I paid, and the customer service was closed so I didn’t have any news. Then when my girlfriend received it it was the wrong bouquet, that really didn’t look good. And the customer service was not very nice when I contacted them
