For many items they have the best prices - but the delivery rate outside Germany of €14,99 is way too high - you have to make an order for above €85 to get free delivery - unfortunately they are also not very flexible - I made an order last week and changed my cart but forgot to refresh it and paid, 2 minutes afterwards I saw it and immediately sent a message to the customer service - the message received from them was "we cannot modify the invoices" - I shop at many online retailers and in general most of them try to help customers the most they can but some have obviously other policies
