Bought a Hermes charm online. About an hour or 2 later I received a message from Laura. A colleague of hers booked apparently an appointment for someone who was going to come to the boutique and buy the charm on Saturday. So the charm was not being paid for yet, still Laura was willing to wait another 2 days, not knowing for sure if the buyer would actually buy the charm…really adorable, but I won’t be ordering here again, in order not to be disappointed…if the charm was reserved, it should have been stated on the website (besides I didn t know that was even possible?) I placed an order, received the order confirmation, so that’s a contract, Laura cancelled the order ( because her colleague ‘promised’ it to someone else) and therefore broke the contract…SophieIn answer to your feedback…please Laura, don’t blame me for being ‘angry’, you can blame me for being disappointed (the fact that you are calling me angry is not very appropriate, isn t it Laura?) and with this review I want to warn potential customers that if they buy something, it might be cancelled, fair is fair, right Laura ;-)? I did not make a mistake here, but you and your colleague did, and yes you apologised, but in a way like, yes we made a mistake, so get over it and deal with it, just like you are trying to do here…and it is possible that you cancelled the order after 23 minutes, but you should have picked up the phone and call me, like you have already did in the past, I m not always checking my whats app messages…all this considered and the fact you are trying to let me look as an unreasonable and bad person ( you do know better, don’t you?) wishing you a lovely day as well Laura
