When I joined, it was clearly stated that I would receive training in affiliate marketing, which was my main reason for signing up. However, there was no actual training available unless I paid more. The platform continuously promoted additional programs and encouraged upsells rather than delivering what was promised. The training I received was not worth the cost, and the service performance has been lacking. I faced significant issues with loading times and missing content, and when I sought assistance, the support provided was inadequate. Additionally, I was charged without prior notice or consent. I am entitled to a refund based on the misrepresentation of services and unauthorized charges. I expect a prompt resolution to my request.
