I ordered a wardrobe with Laura James in October. Today, 30/12, still haven’t received the wardrobe and Laura James refuses to refund until their delivery company confirms cancellation. I have received a confirmation email from the delivery company confirming cancellation and have forwarded this to Laura James. Their customer service is appallingly bad. I have sent over 25 emails now. I have initiated a refund through my bank as a result. Be very aware of them, very unhelpful when issues arise and completely unacceptable to refuse a refund when 3 months later I still haven’t seen my order.
