6 months for replacement parts to be delivered

I bought a wardrobe back in April. To begin with the delivery was delayed. I did receive the cost of the delivery back from them. When it finally arrived the wardrobe was damaged on the bottom and the leg. It took 5 months, endless emails and many promises of delivery which never turned up for the replacement products to arrive. The replacement they sent was also damaged. It was another month before the a new one arrived. I asked for a refund and to send the wardrobe back multiple times and was offered £30. I received an automated emailing saying I had 3 days to accept the £30 otherwise they would close the compliant as that was the managements final offer.Utterly appalling service and very poor quality. Avoid
