Appalling. Bought a single sofa bed on May 20th. We corrected an error in the postcode within 3 minutes of ordering. Despite this, the sofa bed was taken to the wrong address in another part of the country. Subsequent phone calls and emails involving both Laura James and Evri did not resolve the problem despite Laura James claiming that post code had been amended correctly. Due to poor communication and lack of resolution, we insisted on a refund on 27th May. No reply to our email. Emailed again on 28th May, still no reply. Phone call to Laura James, 30th May. Was told that our refund was dependent upon the courier, Evri, returning the sofa bed which we had never received in the first place! Where is our money and will we be given back the accruing interest Laura James have received on our payment?Order number 591634.Date of experience: 20 May 2025
