Ordered a TV unit from here at £100 and when it arrived every single part was damaged. I called customer support who arranged for a replacement to be sent and the damaged one to be collected on a particular day the following week. The next day I had a text from the deliver company to say it would be delivered that day between an hour time slot. I cancelled my appointment to be in as it wasn’t the day that had been arranged, the delivery driver refused to take the damage one away when this was what Laura James had advised, he also showed up three hours early so I cancelled my appointment for no reason. The new replacement is also heavily marked and damaged. Called customer support and I have to submit another email with loads of different photos, match every damaged part up to a part number and await an outcome, so I currently have 2 massive heavy damaged tv units in boxes in my home with currently no outcome. Really really poor customer service
