I have never had such a frustrating experience trying to simply make a purchase! I reached out to Laura James customer service, only to be told they don’t accept third-party codes—even though the discount had been applied at checkout before vanishing!After a long back-and-forth with multiple emails, I was finally offered a free shipping voucher as a “gesture of goodwill.” Sounds nice, right? Well, it didn’t even work! Despite following their exact instructions, the delivery charge was still being added. More chasing, more delays, and ultimately, no real solution.The entire process was tedious, frustrating, and unprofessional. Instead of valuing a genuine customer inquiry, their responses were rigid, dismissive, and painfully slow.
