dining table damaged after minimal use

Ordered a dining table from Laura James October 2024, with minimal use the paintwork on the top of the table has damaged, demonstrating poor quality and has altered the aesthetic of the furniture. I am extremely disappointed with this due to being initially very happy with this product. I have contacted the customer service team and I am awaiting a response, and therefore unable to comment on this but will update when appropriate. I am hoping to have this issue resolved promptly although apprehensive after reading other reviews.
