I ordered a dress labeled as 'Elegant Midi Dress' from the online store, and what I received was nothing like the images. The quality is very poor, looks cheap, and arrived without tags. I reached out to the store multiple times to initiate a return, but they are complicating the process by asking for photos or videos of the dress to evaluate the fit. This is a common strategy used by businesses that engage in deceptive marketing. They also require customers to return items to China at their own expense, despite presenting themselves as a U.S.-based business. Avoid sending them photos; their typical response is to claim the item 'matches the photos' to deny returns. Their written policy states that photos are only needed for 'Damaged/Faulty' items. However, since I mentioned that the dress doesn’t fit and is of poor quality, their representative is now insisting on photos or videos—conditions not disclosed in the return policy. They also obscure the fact that returns must be shipped to Asia at the customer's cost. Their policy clearly states: 'ALL RETURNS ARE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA, AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.' This 'China Shipping Trap' is another warning sign. My advice: avoid this store.
