Update: After several failed attempts to get a full refund directly from the vendor (they kept offering me a partial refund instead - 10-30%), I contacted my bank and filed a dispute, and it was resolved. I explained that the items were not at all as they were described on the website. I took screenshots of the item descriptions and pages just in case.
