I wrote a previous review agreeing with all the reasons noted in the negative reviews on this site. I haggled with the company which wanted to give me first a 10% refund, then 20% then 50%. I threatened and then opened a credit card dispute, let them know what i was doing, and at that point they offered a full refund. No shipping the awful dress back to China. Now awaiting the refund.
