This website is a complete scam! I ordered an £80 dress that was of poor quality (see-through and cheap materials). I wanted to return it, but the only way to initiate a return is to email them. After reaching out twice, I’m nearing three weeks with no reply. The only other contact method is an AI bot suggesting I call customer service, but when I ask for a number, it tells me there isn’t one and I need to email. There’s no way to reach anyone or return items. This should be illegal.
