One of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do and at the start so lost with what needed to be done and when. The first time I spoke with Bonnie I felt at ease and knew we were in good hands. So professional but more important sympathetic to our situation. It was not about what was best for the company but what was best for us and that was so very reassuring.
