Very unsatisfactory and stressful service for a simple Swedish will. Despite making it clear I only spoke English (I’m a dual citizen) the writer refused to correspond any further in English and only in Swedish after quoting for the work. Together with the strict time lines this made it a very stressful service which a simple will shouldn’t need to be. Their feeling of the correspondence (once I had to translate it from Swedish) was terse and incredibly rushed, with pressure to think through and respond to each iteration within a matter of days despite explaining this would neither necessary nor possible. On the basis of our experience I will NOT recommend this service, especially for anyone requiring communication in English. The irony is, I would have gladly paid more for a better service. As it is, I couldn’t wait to settle payment and have nothing more to do with this firm.
