No stars from me.I found it very hard to reach out and when I did made my second appointment which ended up double booked. There things happen and I was reassured when the councillor contacted me offering me a slightly earlier appointment only for her to then not respond or attend. I get accidents happen with the double booking but to offer an alternative and then not see that appointment through in my time of need was unacceptable.Very disappointed in this company and the damage they caused at such a vulnerable time for me.
