Ordered my mother of the groom dress. After consulting their size chart, I ordered according to their sizes. When I received the dress, it didn't fit. I measured it and it was 2 inches smaller than stated in their size chart. I reached out to the company via email, and they insisted their sizes are always accurate. I disagreed. They informed me that returning it would cost $40 to $45 to ship back, so they offered a 25% refund if I kept the dress. I paid over $100 for it, and now I can't wear it. I'm extremely frustrated with their return policy. They exploit the return shipping costs. Avoid ordering from them.
