I received the gift I ordered before Christmas only after the holiday. I contacted the support team the week before Christmas to check on my order's status, and they assured me it was on its way. Unfortunately, it arrived too late for gifting and was also too small for my husband (it was a cap). When I inquired about returning it, they said they do not cover shipping costs for refunds, which could be expensive. They offered me a $30 store credit instead, but I realized it was just store credit, and I really don’t want to deal with this service anymore.
