However, I feel like this upgrade has affected the game dynamics negatively. The games I used to enjoy winning on now seem to yield fewer rewards, even after spending significant amounts. Previously, it was a mixed bag, but there were still chances to win. I doubt I'll receive any compensation for sharing this, but it's my sincere perspective. I’ve never come close to winning as much as I did before. My first win was memorable at $700, but since then, my wins have barely exceeded $70 or $80, and often end up with nothing. So, if you reach that $70 or $80 mark, it might be wise to cash out and walk away. On a positive note, I have been impressed with their customer service. Although I’ve been critical, they consistently respond promptly. I hope they are real people and not AI, as the trend of replacing human jobs with automation is concerning. If they do have actual staff, I commend them for their efforts.
