I wish I could give one star. I paid to participate, won, and when I tried to redeem, it asked me to verify my identity. I used a validation service that I already had an account with, but they said they couldn't verify me. Then, the platform locked me on a screen that would never allow me to complete the verification process. I've reached out to their support team twice and only interacted with a chatbot instead of a real person. It kept saying my issue was escalated and I would receive an update in two hours. I never heard back. When I contacted them again, I received the same response. They are dishonest, and the numerous positive reviews seem to overshadow the many complaints about being scammed. This raises concerns about the credibility of the review platform.
