On 12/6/25, I accidentally made a $1000.00 purchase and immediately requested a refund. My account was frozen while they processed my request. By 12/8/25, the money had been withdrawn from my account, and since then, I receive the same response daily when I inquire about it. I have screenshots of messages stating that they have not heard from the department handling my case. When I ask about the whereabouts of the funds, there is no response. Initially, I thought the money was being refunded since it was no longer in my account, but they cannot confirm that either. It has not been returned to my bank account, and all I get are vague replies. I would understand if I had spent any of the funds, but everything was immediate when they froze my account, and not a cent was used, yet by Monday morning, it was gone.
