Well a bad router and bad customer service left a bad taste in my mouth...the router that they sold me was the culprit for a terrible transition into the LAVU software. The sold me a bad router...which they were aware of once I paid for a network engineer to solve the issue...you think they could have reimbursed me for the router? No because my employee threw out the box... A lame excuse left a bad taste in my mouth. Too bad because I’d probably still be with them...
