They handled my house purchase and the service was already delayed, but I still recommended them to others at the time. Big mistake.Three years later, I discovered they failed to include my solar panels in the TA10 form. Because of this, I cannot transfer the solar panels into my name and I am now facing serious difficulties.I have tried contacting them multiple times by phone and email, but no solicitor has responded or provided any proper help. Poor aftercare, no accountability, and extremely frustrating to deal with.I will never use their services again and would not recommend them to anyone.
