I beg that no one uses this firm! They are dealing with the conveyancing for the buyer of my current property. Memorandum of sale was issued 1st week of May with estimation of completion end of July. We sit at the end of August and there is no sign of an exchange let alone a completion date. Holding the chain up for weeks, no communication, no reason why, just absolute incompetence across the board. Querying items that have been answered earlier on in the process, costing everyone money in the chain with the delay.These guys have literally taken all the fun and joy out of moving and purchasing a new property. The Law Society should absolutely be auditing this firm and closing them for good!Please AVOID for your own peace of mind, there are tons of decent solicitors around, Law & Liars are not one of them.
