I have read a lot of very negative reviews regarding the "Free Trial" cancellation and the subscription fee still being deducted.This happened to me, I cancelled within the 7 days and was sent confirmation, but LawDepot still deducted the £33.I comtacted them to complain, providing in the email all the details and confirmation. Tina responded very politely, to promptly informed me that a FULL refund had been actioned and I would recieve this within 5 working days.This cleared my bank today as promised.
