cancelled free trial - they then billed me 3 months later for £29...I didn't see until they billed me again the month after for another £29 at which point cancelled the monthly amount they were taking for themselves from my bank...After initially opening the case against them Paypal closed it saying they couldn't refund as it was an automatic payment (even though I hadn't authorised it) had the most unhelpful paypal person tell me there was nothing I could do. After calling back 10 minutes later, I reopened the refund case this time under fraud (instead of unauthorised transaction) - I received money back in less than 24 hours.
