Signed up and cancelled the same day, (within the 7 day trial period) only to have my card charged £29. Customer support offered no specific apology and showed no empathy or understanding - they simply said in very dry terms that "no refunds are available at this time" whatever that means. Have now removed my debit card from my Lawdepot account so hopefully this stops further charges. Edit: Initiated a chargeback via my bank and was successfully refunded the funds (from my bank). I received no apology from LawDepot. Also, in my final interaction with LawDepot about this matter, I received an email from them which was identical to their previous message - an exact copy and paste robotic, 'couldn't care less' piece of text. Totally laughable customer service, they need to be held accountable for this exceptionally poor business practice and initiating a chargeback via my bank at least means they will be brought to the attention of the people that may be able to do something about it.
