I spent 15 minutes completing a form on the website for a "free" template, I don't consider it free as it asks for your card details and is signing you up to a subscription that has a 7-day cancellation period.I don't think this is good business practice and would therefore not reccomend working with this company, I think if a company advertises something as free and does not highlight sufficiently in advance that it is only free after you provide card details and sign up for a membership then there may be other important terms that are not highlighted sufficiently for an average user to be made aware.
