Keep clear of this site. I made a simple tenancy agreement and they said the charge would be only £1.59. I was very surprised at the low cost of this, and double checked my credit card the next day to make sure this was correct, which it was. 3 weeks later on receiving my credit card statement I could see that I had another charge of £34.90 the following week. I must have somehow signed up for some sort of subscription! I will have to investigate this, as I certainly did not sign up for any further payments. Beware !!
