Excellent tenancy agreement but cancelling contract seems impossible. I’ve answered all their questions to identify my account via five or so replies to emails and my payment but it seems this cannot be located. I’ve had to contact my bank to avoid the £30 ish monthly fee after my free week. Could end up costing you far more than you bargained for. Use with caution.23 March. Sure enough an amount of £34.90 has today been declined by my bank as I’ve failed to get any joy cancelling this via email.
