This is the email that I have sent this company today. Reading the reviews I have since discovered that they are based in Spain though have set themselves up as UK based. I will update should I receive a refund. Otherwise I will continue to post about their dreadful service and non transparent grey print. As a professional Data Protection Officer I am prepared to take this as far as I can. I responded to an advert for your services and entered into your 'free trial' which I was then duped into paying £1.59 for. You have now taken £34.90 from my account which I have not agreed to. I request immediate cancellation of this account. I require the £34.90 on my account to be transferred back into my balance immediately. I require that no further monies are taken from my accountI request erasure of all of my details to be removed after this has happened. I did not agree to any further payments. I did not utilise your services after the first time. I cannot access this account. It may have been set up on one of two email addresses, but the 'forgotten password' option is not working on either. The two email addresses that this could potentially have been set up under are as follows: *Email 1**Email 2*I require confirmation that this has been completed and I am disputing this payment with my bank.Shame on you!
