As tenants, we were made to feel like we didn’t matter, and it was clear he had no interest in helping us or addressing our concerns. His attitude made the entire renting experience unnecessarily stressful in the beginning.However, everything changed when Ms. Sarah took over the management of our flat. She has been nothing short of amazing — truly an angel. From the moment she stepped in, she handled every issue with genuine care and urgency, as if it were her own home. With the help of our flat owner, she ensured that all our problems were resolved quickly and professionally.
