Terrible customer service. Having met with Peter and Vicky at my house they assured me that only vicky would be showing people around my house as I was not going to be in the country. After the first 2 viewings another lady was sent round to show the potential buyer the house. (Saturday Staff who knew nothing about the house). The lights were left on and the loft window was left open! Also the potential buyer ended up asking me about the house - clearly questions that Lawrence rand should have known and mentioned the buyer.After this I was then phoned by another Gentlemen/sales person in the company to show someone around and when I asked a few details about who it was that was coming to view he seemed extremely put out that I was asking, in addition to this it would seem again that vicky was not doing the viewing.I would not recommend this estate agent ever!
