Recently tried to arrange a viewing with them and they gave a real hard time just to book appointment.I had to constantly chase them for the update.They messed up the address and provided wrong property details and then to add to further agony on the appointment day the sales agent turned up 1/2 late!!Sales Manager apologised but I think it was too little too late as he must be aware of the whole procedure.SUGGESTION-PLEASE INCREASE THE NUMBER OF STAFFS IN YOUR AGENCY OR DON'T CHARGE SUCH A HIGH COMMIISSION.
