Purchased a robotic mower on the black Friday special. If the stock was limited I would have expected a email and refund in a couple of days. However after 3 weeks emails going to Online orders, contacting the local branch and no feedback been told oh yes a refund will be provided. So you take my money how hard is it to tell the customer they not getting the product and provide a refund. But it is ok to take my money with no point to provide goods and let customers know. What a bunch of scam artists. !!
